Automation
Automation is indispensable to achieve significant savings in the time required to complete Test Cycles, which will in turn increase the Test Coverage. This approach helps in eliminating human error and provides faster results. By increasing the number of tests within a given deadline and the resources available, an Automated Test Suite provides a ready-to-use template that allows maintenance programmers to carry out frequent releases resulting in overall quality improvement over a period of time.
We have carefully built the Test Management harness, which ensures that the automation test suites more reviewable. Execution of the test suite results in a status report includes details about the test(s) that have passed / failed versus the actual bugs found. These reports are an indispensable source material for analyzing the cost-effectiveness of the Automation.
Smoke Testing
This covers major functional testing and it ensures that the application functions perfectly in the normal conditions. Smoke Testing involves successful compilation of the daily build and is automatically packaged and deployed into a test environment and Smoke Tested using an automated Build-Verification Test.
Regression Testing
Regression Testing ensures that the quality of an application does not decline as and when new features are added. In instances where there is minimal time and limited resources are available to perform all the available tests, Automated Regression Test Suites are of immense use. We have to date successfully developed Test Tools and Automated Test Suites to carry out both Smoke Testing and Regression Testing.
Protocol Testing
We have the expertise in developing Test Tools for protocol stacks (TCP/IP and VOIP) in this area and experience in conformance Testing of various protocols in Layer 2 and Layer 3.
VOIP and IP Telephony
Our expertise in this area includes writing test tools for IP PBXs and developing Automated Framework with more emphasis on functional and performance Testing.
Unified Messaging
This includes expertise in developing Automation Framework and developing the automated test suites, which test the functionality of the Unified Messaging System.
Test Tools for Embedded Application
The general purpose test tools commercially available does not suit most of the embedded applications. Our team has the expertise in developing Test Tools for the customized Embedded Applications.
