3COM Corporation, the US-based $699-million (around Rs 3203.5 crore) global leader in networking products and solutions, has opened its India research and development centre in partnership with MARS Telecom in Hyderabad.

3Com India Private Limited, the 100 per cent subsidiary of Massachusetts-based 3Com Corporation, today inaugurated its India development centre (IDC) in Hyderabad.

The US-based $700-million voice and data networking major 3Com Corporation has opened its research and development centre in Hyderabad, set up through a strategic partnership with MARS Telecom, an infrastructure and human resource management company.

The U.S. based 3Com announced the setting up of its Indian Development Centre (R&D centre) in Hyderabad, under a tie-up with the Hyderabad based MARS Telecom.
