MARS's Build-Operate-Transfer approach enables clients to rapidly start offshore operations and later take ownership of the Offshore Development Center (ODC) as their own subsidiary.

In the Build Operate and Transfer model, the ODC will be built based on the requirements of the Client and will be operated on a pre-defined terms and conditions. In this case the ODC will be set up and managed by MARS for the client for a particular period of time. Later based on the terms and conditions, the ODC will be transferred to the Client's ownership after carefully executed transition plan. All facilities / infrastructure deployed in the ODC could also be acquired by the Client. This model helps client's to build up its own facility in India without having to be exposed to entry-level challenges.
